2021 will be a pivotal year for agrifood also thanks to Expo 2020 Dubai, the Universal Expo scheduled to open its doors on the 1st of October.

Quotidiano Nazionale dedicates an article to the themes and projects that the Santa Chiara Lab of the University of Siena and the Fondazione PRIMA – Partners of the Commissioner’s Office for the participation of Italy at Expo 2020 Dubai – will bring to the Italy Pavilion.

“From next October to March, the Universal Expo will showcase the projects and stories collected by PRIMA setting an example for a new way of understanding agrifood,” reads the article which narrates the “process begun in Siena at the end of 2019 with the Agrifood Next event and brought forward in the pursuit of innovation.”
