The new scenarios for Italy’s agrifood and the relationship between food, health and the environment changes after the pandemic: innovation and sustainability will be at the core of many initiatives of the Italian Pavilion during the next Universal Exhibition. The prospects of innovative agriculture and safe food have been the subject of two researches carried out respectively by the Santa Chiara Lab – University of Siena with the Italian Secretariat of PRIMA and the Bicocca University of Milan.
