“The love that moves the sun and the other stars”. With the last line of the Paradiso, the Italian Commissioner’s Office for Expo 2020 Dubai celebrates on its social media channels “Dantedì”, the day dedicated to Dante Alighieri.
The tribute to the “Supreme Poet”, one of the symbols of the Italian culture and language, comes on 25th March, the date that scholars identify as the start of the otherworldly journey of the Divine Comedy.
“The love that moves the sun and the other stars” is the love for art, science and culture. It is the “Beauty that connects people” – the theme which Italy brings to Expo 2020 Dubai.
